Ένα δημιουργικό μάθημα που φέρνει το contemporary dance στον κόσμο της αιώρησης, χρησιμοποιώντας την aerial hammock ως εργαλείο για στήριξη, ροή, εξερεύνηση και έκφραση.

Μέσα από contemporary movement, floorwork, improvisation, musicality και aerial transitions, εξερευνούμε διαφορετικούς τρόπους να κινούμαστε με τη στήριξη και την ελευθερία που προσφέρει η aerial hammock. Κάθε μάθημα ξεκινά μέσα από movement exploration και σταδιακά εξελίσσεται σε phrases, διαφορετικές δυναμικές και choreographic material, με στόχο τη δημιουργία μιας μικρής ιστορίας ή ενός movement piece.

A creative movement class bringing contemporary dance into the world of suspension, using the hammock as a tool for support, flow, exploration and expression.

Through contemporary movement, floorwork, improvisation, musicality and aerial transitions, we explore different ways of moving with the support and freedom of the hammock. Each class begins with movement exploration and gradually develops into phrases, dynamics and choreographic material, leading towards the creation of a small story or movement piece.

This isn’t simply a technique class. It’s a space to explore movement, play with gravity, connect with music and turn movement into personal expression.
